This piece is a celebration of the grace and movement of Ginkgo leaves. The near-absence of color invites the study of form alone. Executed in extreme high-relief, the tile is free-formed and employs a combination of underglaze and glazes.

This tile has a smooth backing—installation, if desired, must be done with a strong adhesive.

This shadowbox frame has NO plexiglass/glass, due to the height of the ginkgo forms. (A much deeper shadowbox would need to be purchased, if front covering is desired.)

Framed tiles have heavy-duty removable velcro strips attaching them to the frame back; tiles can easily be removed for re-framing/installation.
